Shipping Costs & Timelines
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused JAMM BAND™ products in original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Activated bands linked to a member account may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us through our contact page and we'll make it right.
